On these pages you will find contact forms which you can use to contact us regarding questions on the humanitarian clarification of someones fate, on different ways of using our archives and on historical-political educational work that we offer within the framework of our legal mandate. The personal data and contact details provided will be used exclusively to fulfil the legal mandate of the Brandenburg Memorial Sites Foundation. Data will be passed on to third parties, only in exceptional cases, under strict observance of the regulations of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSVGO) and when it is necessary to fulfill our legal mandate. <\/p>

You have the right, at any time, to request information on the personal data we store. Furthermore, you also have the right to portability, correction or deletion, as well as the right to restrict the processing of your data. According to Art. 20 DSGVO you have the right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format, as well as the right, if the conditions of Art. 20 DSGVO are met, to transfer them to another responsible party. In this context, you have the right to have your personal data communicated directly to the other responsible parties. <\/p>

According to Art. 21 DSGVO, if your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to your personal data being processed according to Art. 21 DSGVO, if there are reasons for doing so which arise from your particular situation. <\/p>
